MERGE WITH ROBERT "BOB" TRACHTA, CPA

Third Merge in 18 months for Goldin Peiser & Peiser

Dallas, TX, January 5, 2008 - Goldin Peiser and Peiser, LLP increases their client base for the third time in 18 months by announcing that Robert “Bob” Trachta, CPA, joined the firm as principal. Bob’s expertise encompasses working with medical and oil and gas clients, along with high net-worth individuals.

“We are pleased that Bob decided to join GPP. His client’s are a perfect fit to our niche markets,” said Allan Peiser, CPA, managing partner. “We are in the process of transitioning Bob’s clients into our systems. It has taken our team several days to convert everything but we are on course and feel confident that we will be ready for tax season.”

Bob began his career in 1968 in KPMG’s auditing department in Fort Worth, Texas. In 1973 and for five years, Bob was a partner with Arthur White & Company in Dallas, Texas. By 1978, Bob was partner for several accounting firms that possessed his name, the latest being Robert Trachta and Company, P.C. “I am pleased and honored to be part of a firm that will continue to provide the level of personal service that my clients are accustomed to getting,” said Mr. Trachta.

Bob Trachta is the third CPA to join GPP since July 2007. His predecessors are Ted Y. Hong, CPA and Nancy V. Bahr, CPA. Hong and Bahr brought clients that align with the core types of businesses that GPP has built a foundation around: high net-worth, real estate, international and health care.
